SHIPPING TIME

Order processing time: 1-3 business days；
Delivery time: 2-5 working days；
Logistics transportation time: 10-15 working days；

Please note that we are unable to allow any changes once the order has been placed. if you has this issues, Please contact us directly with address issues, then we can solve it for you.

TRACKING

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

LOST PACKAGE
If your package has some issues during the shipping time, it is our responsibility to find the best way for you, but if the lost is caused by your own, we are not responsible for it, if by us, we will resend or refund to you, if due to the incorrect address that cause a delay, it is by yourself.

SHIPPING METHOD

We usually use USPS or FedEx for smaller items, and larger items go freight. We reserve the right to choose which freightway carries your shipment.
